In Greek mythology, Medusa was a monster, a Gorgon. But she was beautiful before she was changed by Athena. It is a great symbol to represent the design theme Evil and angel. The idea of one set of 2 combined ring has choose to enhance this ancient story and present the theme at the same time. A classic simple represent the beaut side of Medusa which is also partly hidden behind the mask. The mask part, another ring represent the evil side.
